FAQ

How many children will be in each class?

We are allowing five children to be in each workshop. We will add more dates & times to the workshop if needed but it will always be five kids per workshop class. It is on a first come first serve bases.

My child is sick or not able to attend. Can you do a personal class with them?

Children must attend each class, if for any reason the child can not attend the class, there will be a pre-recorded video sent to the parent's email reviewing the material gone over that day, however Paula Faerman Photography will not be moving any dates/times around if someone can not attend or doing any "one on one" classes if the child misses that days workshop.

We are running late or have to leave the class early. What should we do?

Prior to signing your chid up to this workshop, you will have to sign a contract which goes over the schedule and times for each class (Also listed above on our website) so please make sure to double check your children's schedule prior to signing them up.

If you are not able to have your child attend one of the class, as listed to the question prior. There will be a pre-recorded video of the material from class that day. It will be sent to your email so your child can watch it later on.

However, we will be going in order of what they need to know about their camera and how to use before moving on to another topic.
There will also be tasks to do at the end of each class so they can practice using their cameras at home during and after each class, so we highly suggest for your child to attend each class so they do not miss out on the chance to ask questions as they learn during the class itself.

How do you take payments?

The investment for this class is $99.99 per each child attending the workshops. This does not include NJ Sales Tax, which will automatically be applied to your invoice during checkout.

Payments are taken in full via Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

You will be sent an invoice to your email where you will pay for all six classes.

Payments are due right away along with a reviewed and signed contract to hold your child's spot in our workshop. It is a first come first serve base.

If our seats fill up for the one class and you already paid (after it was filled) , we will add more dates & times however we will not take any payments until you confirm that your child can attend those new dates & times, if not your money will be sent back to you right away.

What does my child need to attend this workshop?

We ask that each child has a working DSLR camera. It does not matter if it's a Canon, Nikon, Sony or another or what lenses they have. We also require a strong internet connection to the computer they're using during the class so they do not miss out on any material in case the wifi cuts out.

Children of all ages are welcome as long as they have the two requirments. Since this is an online class it does not matter if you are located in NJ or elsewhere. Anyone interested in the workshop over the age of 18 will have to sign up for our adult workshop which will be hosted in the summer of 2021.
